Temp bathroom heating -does it exist?

Dear all, probably grasping at straws here but is there such a thing as a heater I can use in the bathroom on a temporary basis?
I have some visitors coming in a couple of week's time and really my bathroom is freezing. I have got used to surviving in icy temperatures after taking a shower, and have even got used to the frozen toilet seat but they are softy southerners so I would like to organise some sort of temp heating for their stay.
I remember in the good old bad old days having a heat bulb that went on when the light was switched on but see mixed reviews of these kinds of things now, and if they need an electrician to install I might as well buy a tank full of oil and be done with it.
Can anyone suggest a solution please? - all creative and safe ideas considered. The bathroom has no windows but a fan in the ceiling to extract steam (so wouldn't stay very warm for long anyway)
Thanks
Liz

Fill the bath with hot water!0

Why not just put a small electric or oil heater in a corner to heat it like any other room?0

In a couple of weeks time it'll be late March going on June - we should be in to summer...0

We sometimes put a fan heater in the bathroom if we forget to change the heating controls or if it is really cold.0

Isn't it dangerous to use a free standing fan heater in this way? I have done it myself when desperate but not sure I would do it with visitors, apart from anything else it's quite a small room and water could get splashed on it when people get out of the bath. I suppose what I was wondering about was maybe a little gas heater, or something else non electrical. Maybe I'll investigate camping solutions a bit.

Yes, it is. Very. There were two fatalities that I know of last year from this very thing. What you CAN do is fit an electric towel rail (although it will need to be hard wired in.
Another thing that's cheap - check the loft insulation above it!0 -
The fan heaters I showed are for bathrooms, no problem using them. They are wall mounted and have pull cord switches.0

We had one of these in the bathroom when I was a child...0
