Hi Glen

I did a fair amount of research before I bought these earlier in the Year at £2. NRR is a niche player, specialising in Retail units at the lower end of the spectrum. Your Tesco Express, Sainsburys Local type places, which is why they've just done this deal with Marstons.

CEO David Lockhart previously formed Halladale, another successful Property Company, so has a great track record. I see IC still have this as a buy, but I'd have it as a Hold at these levels.
