Can anyone help me find this please?

I have a disabled dog weighing 14 kgs - he is fine on soft ground/grass for short periods having a mooch and sniff around wearing his prosthetic paws but he cannot manage long period of activity or walking on hard ground/pavement. Hence, our outings/holidays can be pretty restrictive for us and the other pooch.
OH has refused outright to even contemplate a push chair type stroller of any kind but he did say he would accept a back pack, over shoulder type carrier for Ralphie.
Ive searched and searched and there are some ideal ones which can be used as a trolley pull along as well as being carried by a handle or back straps BUT most in the UK seem to be for very small dogs under 10 kg.
Ive seen this one on an american site that takes up to 30 lb dogs but cant find anything similar in the UK - my eyes and hands are aching looking - anyone any ideas please ? There are UK sites, eg ebay which have them but then the shipping costs are from the USA and HUGE, so too expensive to do.

Thank you olias, but as I mentioned, unfortunately they are all for dogs weighing less than 10 kg. so I need a bigger one like the one I linked to above but for sale in the UK......

They don't mention weight, only size. On the basis that their wheels and base are probably similar if not identical to those used in suitcases that regularly take weights of up to 30kg, I would have thought that provided the size is big enough, then their shouldn't be a problem for occasional use?

Ive contacted them all olias, none were suitable for over 10 kg. In fact most were recommended for only up to 8KG Ive also contacted Petplanet who had a lot of decent ones and well priced but the heaviest their models would take was 20 lbs

Ive been trawling for a few days now! I was hoping someone may have knowledge of the larger type of trolley in this country.
If only this one didnt look so pram like, Id go for it

Looks like the ones for heavier pets do look like prams ... maybe it's something to do with having to spread the weight?Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Couple of questions - is it front/back or all paws he has problems with?

In that case, it looks like you'll just need your OH to stop being such a !!!! and worry more about the welfare of his pet that his macho image! lol.

Found one that goes up to 12kg which is getting closer!

It looks like the trolley type ones for larger weights are the 'pushchair' style rather than drag along. Would it be worth buying a cheap pull along suitcase and doctoring that for your needs?0 -
Hi, its his back legs, one complete paw missing one side and only about a quarter of a paw left on the other side.
Many thanks everyone. I guess the fact is most of these carriers are meant for toy size pooches. The big pram type things are so bulky and you cant fold them down flat
. OH nearly had a heart attack carrying the boy round Penzance for over an hour in hot weather last year - and I said to him, never again. But it looks like we shall just have to go back to the sitting on a bench and taking turns to do sight seeing.
Oh and thanks, spooky. I have thought about getting a shopping trolley or something and trying to adapt it but of course they tend to be narrow and high and wouldnt allow him to sit comfortably.0 -
Have you thought aboot something like this - or adapt your own ?
