Been a while since so few have held options on gold, in turn thats bullish I think

    Depends what Options they are.

It's not wise to stash in all your money in either gold, equities or any investment avenue for that matter. Now that the precious metals are at their low, it might just be the best-buy opportunity.

Not sure if you have seen a chart of gold price over the last 15-20 years? It is not at its low. It is merely lower than its peak.

In 2003 it was $350 and from autumn 2007 to autumn 2009, when the major economies in the world were knocked for six by a financial crisis that hammered all the major world equity markets and everyone was in recession or looking like heading into one, it was in the $700-$1000 range.

Of course, $1350-1450 as we've seen in the last few weeks "might just be" the best buying opportunity of a lifetime, but it also might not.

Be careful bulccp05laer, it looks like you're posting a referral link, which is considered Bad & Wrong (tm) round here.

Celebrating high share prices makes no more sense than celebrating high prices for houses or fuel.
Buffett recently made a remark about a commuter welcoming high fuel prices because he'd recently filled his tank.

Higher house prices can work both ways if you are trading up, yes price differentials increase but on the other hand so does equity which can give you access to lower rates.

Just trying to be helpful, there are still people buying silver and paying VAT in the UK. You do not need to.

The picture was much larger but it showed net longs in options have not been as low since 2009.
Ideally there would be alot of shorting because they are buyers at some time in future

Its just what I want to see in a depressed market, capitulation and alot of presuming it'll just keep going down.
For that to be true we'd have to assume currency worth will keep going up. If the news from Japan is right, we can expect exactly the opposite to that will occur but for now Dollar is worth more as are our stocks; thanks to Yen and bond selling funding that idea

Is the coin price cheap enough to avoid excise duty on single purchases. I guess if postage were low it might not be so bad. I always think its better to just buy some old solid cutlery and either way you have a use for it.
A milk jug will keep milk from spoiling longer if its made from sterling, doesnt rely on the price going up to be true in its worth
