That's the tracking info relating to a pair of trainers ordered on Friday. It arrived at the delivery depot Saturday morning and was scanned onto a van for delivery that day (as promised by littlewoods home shopping)

It sat in the depot until Wednesday. I know this as I rang the depot and managed to speak to one of the loaders (there was nobody from the office available to come to the phone...) It was clearly marked as a Saturday delivery.

The 'failed' delivery attempts were in actual 'fake' delivery attempts. (the depot is actually a 50-60 minute drive from my home, not the 30 minutes they show...)

I've complained to Littlewoods home shopping about this and have for warded this screen grab to Yodels head office as evidence.

The package was actually delivered at 7.25pm...not the 8.54am as shown...

They (yodel) are investigating. The depot involved is the Llandudno Junction depot.

Had the same thing happen with citylink last year. They left 1 card saying it was a second attempt. I phoned them on their expensive 0844 number and explained, the bloke didnt believe me but I got so mad with him as I had taken the day off work to be there for the delivery, he eventually looked into it, some companies take a photo of your house (so he said) to prove they've been there but the photo wasn't of my house, so they redelivered it when it was convenient for me.

What's the betting it'll be supplier's fault or the buyer's fault or a faulty clock on the faulty machine (so a third party's fault). In fact absolutely anyone and everyone could be to blame, except Yodel!

Well, whoever (except Yodel) gets the blame according to Yodel, it seems to be happening wherever Yodel have the job of delivering something!.

I bought some shoes on EBay and they were delivered via Yodel and they arrived really promptly.

I've never had dealings with them before, so I can't vouch for what they are usually like, but I've found their service to be very good today.
