  • I have heard nothing I rang up the delivery company I was told it was nightfreight they have nothing on their system about me , my address or a bed they also told me that the have never heard of the company before so I have now found a number for bed and mattress world and will be on the phone demanding a refund as I haven't received anything and its been 10 days and it was ment to be delivered in 7 if anyone else wants the number here it is

    they are open 9am-5pm Monday -Friday.
  • Spoke to beds and mattress world they said that its not even left the depot yet and to expect it to come next week Wednesday so I will give them up until Wednesday and see what happens , just. Best that if you having any doubts to ring them up direct and find out what they have to say but will warn you they ain't the most polite people in the world

    I hope you are getting a really good deal through Groupon. Most of the beds the sell are made by Apollo beds, who are far from being top quality.

    If not then I would ask for a refund.
  • Oh my goodness Jamie just because I am new to the forum does not make me a liar there are a number of others who are new as well does that make them suspicious ? I happened to look at the reviews here before I bought the first bed and still decided to go ahead and buy it and as I stated there was no issue and then when they had another offer on I thought I would buy again and apart from the delivery being late I had no issues. Is this not what forums are about to give views about experiences ?
  • This is a company who buy cheap imports from China. The quality of the products are poor and don't stand the test of time. The foam mattresses are around 3 inch deep and unless you want to feel you are sleeping in a few weeks on a bed of nails, keep away. The underside of the ottoman bed has a velcro sheet and sits on the floor. Its cheap and ineffective. Don't buy any bed. The customer service is poor. They will be investigated before long. We waited over 3 weeks for a delivery. When it arrived the driver left everything outside and refused to deliver in doors. You've been WARNED!!!!
  • 8 days after buying and im still with no bed,No phone call and no money. Ive rang beds and mattress world and got nowhere. I paid by paypal so ive opened a case to get my money back. Fingers crossed eh... Hope someone else is having better luck :(
  • I purchased a bed and mattress deal from groupon on Sunday night 20/10/13. I have not had problems as severe as some of you.

    So Wed 23/10/13 lunch time i get a txt saying it will be delivered 24/10/13, brilliant i thought so rang B&MW up who said it had been despatched from scotland and to ring the courier service for more accurate time, supplied me details very helpful. Called courier, "sorry cannot not give you time until the morning when we plan the route at 8am". Ok called 8am rang and rang and rang, got through half 8 to say courier had set off with it and didnt know what time. Fortunately have good neighbour who kept eye out for them coming with it. At this day and age i expect a small time slot of at the most 2 hours, employers who will let you have days off at less than 24hours notice are hard to come by. So anyway i got my bed and mattress delivered on the 24/10/13 which i consider good delivery (shame the courier service they use have poor technology and cannot supply more details)

    Unwrapped bed, made it, appears good quality and sturdy, came to last bit being the support block for the frame as it is a storage lift up bed and 1 of the 2 screws would not screw in. Fair enough i thought will ring them to see what they can do. BUT then i opened the mattress (bed sheet). It is useless ,that thin you might aswell lay on the frame.

    So today 25/10/13 i call B&MW to complain and expected a hard time from seeing these reviews. Spoke to a women who was extremely helpful and told me to take a picture of the part that wont screw in and email to her so she can send replacement out. As for the so called mattress i need to add it to the email for an upgrade which will be at a reduced cost but will not get a 100% refund for the mattress as it is opened.

    I will report back what happens but so far not as much problems as some people are having. (Wow that was abit of an essay)

    Their terms and conditions don't say anything at all about not being able to return a mattress for a refund once it has been opened.

    Tell them that you are returning the mattress under distance selling regulations, and would like a refund. Tell them that as their mattresses are supplied by Apollo Beds, then you would not be confident about the quality.
  • goods supplied are not what has been ordered, total rubbish and I have to pay for the return of said goods which almost equals the original cost. One big Scam, Lauren the woman answering the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful.

    If the items delivered are not what you ordered, then you shouldn't have to pay for the return.

    Mention trading standards, and they should back down.
