Hi all,
I also awaiting bed and mattress from B&MW which I purchased on Groupon. I've done some research and there is company called Palmerston Furniture Superstore on the Address provided on on B&MW websites (found on google maps). I think this is where is it all coming from. B&MW also sell through amazon where the feedback isn't too bad. Hopefully that helps those doing their research.

Oh my days. I'm currently waiting for a bed to be delivered from this company thru groupon.

I have also bought a bed from groupon through this company and haven't received it should of come yesterday , cant track my delivery because the companies tracking system is basically non existent cant get hold of anyone , has anyone ever actually seen their product arrive on time and with no problems ?0

Good Afternoon,
I purchased what I thought was a good deal for a sofa bed from Groupon through bed and mattress world on the 13.08.13. I have had nothing but problems. I was advised my sofa bed was out for delivery by groupon 7 days did not arrive. I contacted Bed and Mattress by phone as the tracking system does not work only to be advised 10 - 14 days for delivery.
I then called Groupon and asked why they had sent email saying this was out for delivery ( as had disposed of a perfectly good bed and mattress to make room for the sofa bed) they advised this is down as being delivered I advised this was not correct.
14 days later still no sofa bed contacted bed & mattress world only to be advised that they didnt have enough stock due to damage to previous orders and advised they were unsure if they would be getting more in and offered refund told them not accepting refund as I had disposed of a bed and mattress that was of perfect condition and this cost more than the sofa bed that I had ordered asvised I would take this up with Groupon.
I called Groupon and advised the problem said they would send to the escalation department and that I would here back from them. Still received no reply so called Groupon again and was told to wait 7-10 days. This then passed and still no reply from Groupon was calling them daily and just been advised they would send again to escalation department. I received and email advising that Bed and Mattress World had been trying to contact me regarding delivery which is absolute rubbish they had not called me at all regarding delivery.
I then emailed them on several occassions advising delivery not been sent nor any contact from Bed & Mattress world and I receive and email today advising the following

This is just not acceptable as I am now minuis a bed and mattress I will never buy anything from either or these companies again. I also asked Citizen Advice Bureau to log complaint to Trading Standards about activties by these two companies. We are now just about 2 months down the line and minuis a bed and mattress and no sofa bed just a refund that wont cover the bed and mattress disposed off.0 -

Did u hear anything back from anyone? We rang groupon tonight and was told to refuse delivery or don't answer the door then phone groupon back and they will get refund sorted. After all these bad reviews. I can't afford to throw £250 and get nothin good in return.0

I have bought twice from beds and mattress world through groupon and on both times I have been happy with the purchase yes the delivery was late by 1 day however that was the delivery company's fault rather than the bed company. I bought the ottoman with mattress really happy with the storage then I bought a ready made bed for my son it had the mattres duvet , pillows and linen what a great bargain. I thought twice about it when I read the reviews on here but I am happy I gave it a go.0
