Refused refund for chilled goods - Asda

I have changed a product before that was wrong, although it wasn't chilled. It was delivered by home shopping and I think I may have ordered the wrong product, it was Robinson's Fruit Shoot Low sugar, as they look the same as the normal ones, they had no problem in me returning them and changing them for the normal ones.
I would never dream of returning chilled goods, unless their was something wrong with it. I would just put it down to experience and make sure I picked up the right one next time.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £16,087.170
