This is a B2B transaction and I suspect the bank will not be interested.

Are business to business transactions exempt from the chargeback system? How exactly do they constitute a business to business relationship, if I was buying from my personal account?

Did you buy the product for yourself or for a limited company to resell. The answer is the latter which makes the transaction a business one.

I understand that. However can you please confirm that business sales are not part of the chargeback system? It seems daft that you can scam a business but not an individual.

Thanks - thats a relief. I am currently completely broke because of this. For the record I am down around 10 grand. I can't afford to fix my car, and I can barely sleep at night.

I literally feel to stupid. If you saw these copies you would not believe it. But if you scan the barcode it comes up as a different product!

I actually am considering rejoining the army. Just to get away from the worry of not knowing how I am going to pay my bills, and having a steady life.

    Really?

How will you prove that you weren't aware that they were fakes ? It's usually against the t & c's of a personal credit card to use it for business purposes, You can hardly claim that these were all for personal use, plus you admit you were selling as a business on Ebay.

As DHGate state they are just a selling platform for other sellers i think you're going to really struggle to get anything back here, have you contacted the seller directly ? Who debited your account ?

It says genuine in the article. The products are branded as genuine...

DHGATE debited my card. They are con people and I urge you all to stay away from them!
