Window Wipers - How Much?!

Granted, the ones I looked at were Bosch, but £50 for a new set, front and rear?
I looked on Halfords and even with my trade card discount I'll know I'll tut at handing over the money.
I know you can clean wipers with a little vinegar but mine really DO need replacing.
Any ideas on cheaper versions?

I got mine from Tesco. Think they were £7 each.0

I've been using a £1.99 Wilkinsons blade for 12months now, just starting to leave lines.
It is 1" shorter than the old one and doesn't have the aero blade, but works fine.
Last time that I looked, Wilkinsons had stopped selling the £1.99 blades and now sell much more expensive £5.99 ones.I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

Good spot. I can get Bosch blades for my Mondy for £21 for all three from them. Much better than Halfords. Thanks. If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.0 -
I recently ordered from this company - very good prices and quick delivery.

I always use Halfords when I need wiper blades, but only to find the part number and then to maximise my savings by not buying the wipers from them.If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?

What car are you buying them for?
In any Halfords branch there is a book, to look up compatible wipers to cars...
My Celica, at ££9.95 per wiper (only neaded the rear), (Bosch), the compatible was posted as same as Porsche, Mercedes, etc etc...
So how you get £50...? Even a main dealer wouldn't have that much cheek, would they?0 -
My last blades for the 206 cost £6 delivered off ebay. Lasted all winter and are still fine.0
