Spent another 3hours trying to sort this out yesterday, Talktalk have finally escalated it to 'back office' whatever that is when I threatened to send it back.
Have to wait for 2 days now while they look at it - saying it could be a problem with sim card or phone.Re-mortgaged 20/04/12 MTiT-T3 No.7Start balance £89611.10 + £22500 = £112111.10/Current balance £85436.53
