As will the bag that the person in row 2 has put under the seat in front of them and all the bags that the people in aisle seats have put under the seats.
Until airlines ban ALL under seat bags from ALL rows the risk will always be there, no matter where on the plane you sit.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Bring it on, very small cabin bags enforced by ground staff with electric cattle prods. Bags in overhead bins only - with the children.0 -
