Is it worth booking extra leg room seats with Easy Jet? Does anyone know how much more room you get with these seats?

If you can get row 1 ABC you get bags of room as there's nothing in front of you, so well worth every penny, row 1 DEF has a bulkhead, but there's still plenty of room, just a bit claustrophobic if you get the window seat.
Rows 16 & 17, emergency exits are definitely more comfortable than the other rows and have the benefit that you won't get children next to youAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
One thing to bear in mind with row 1, you're not allowed to keep anything in front of you, so no good if like me you like your handbag to be accessible
ETA: I'm assuming that will also be the rule for the other emergency exits0 -
I prefer row 1 DEF as although ABC near the door has nothing infront of you, if anyone is taken poorly on the flight they are moved to these seats and the occupants swap. If its a short flight its not worth it, but if its a longer flight (Sharm for example) it is worth the extra in my opinion.£100 - £10,0000

Walwin you can just pop your bag underneath the front of your own seat by your feet, thats what I did and it was fine.£100 - £10,0000

I'd always pay, but I'm very tall and basically don't fit comfortably.Walwin you can just pop your bag underneath the front of your own seat by your feet, thats what I did and it was fine.
That space is supposed to be for the passenger behind you. Ok if they don't have anything there, but on busy flights where overhead space is at a premium you are not supposed to put anything under your own seat.Legal team on standby0 -
I don't mean I push it back to take up the space behind my seat, I put it under the very front of my seat it takes up 4cm at the most. I am taking about a tiny handbag not a full size hand luggage case.£100 - £10,0000

I've put my bag under my seat before, the people behind would have to have a huge bag under there to fill the space so much that there's no room for a handbag. And it's only for take off and landing.
Alternatively I've put it in the locker for TO & L and got it out during the flight, the benefit of 1ABC is that you can get up without disturbing anyoneAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

In an emergency exit row
I'd always complain loudly if I saw someone doing that, it could be me whose feet it got under in an emergency. It's like the wa*kers who try to recline their seat just before take off, if they try it with me them and their seat get shoved VERY firmly forward with associated comments.0 -
Nothing should be on the floor in front of your seat - even shoved right under - during take off or landing in the exit row. In flight it doesn't matter (you are not using the emergency exits at 35,000 ft).Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0

I think miamoo is talking about when you're in row 1, where you can put a small bag under your own seat.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
