I'm talking about upgrades for efficiency, something that only really benefits the person paying the bills. This doesn't apply to me btw, no gas where I live.
It's a tricky situation, and I know quite a few people who have a hard time just getting their LL to keep things in working order, let alone upgrade something that they see as working perfectly well.0
