Townhouses and Parking Spaces.

Some of these descriptions are crazy. When I was looking for a house I filtered my Rightmove results for 'parking'. On a few - all in the central Lakes - I rang up the agent to check and the answer was, "Oh yes, the house has parking directly outside." When asked where exactly, as I wasn't expecting parking to be inside, they'd say, "Well, not actually a reserved space or anything, it's just that the road doesn't have double yellow lines." It's just misrepresentation, plain and simple.0

If it doesn't say off-road parking I assume it isn't.0 -
Councils now often demand 1 or zero parking spaces per dwelling as part of planning conditions. This is supposed to part of a greater effort to discourage car use and push people onto public transport.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. So many helpful answers :-) In answer to the 30k less one, it was the mid terrace as opposed to the end - but with one at 200k and the other at 170, I wouldn't think it's worth the extra . It's a shame as it's a nice house but I think I will steer clear.
Bizarrely I am not a car maniac, I chose to view on this particular development as it was within walking distance of town, I never drive unless I have too, but what with all the funding for new houses these days - I can only see things being continually harder to sell in the future. Oh well back to the rightmove listings!0 -

The neighbours will see it as fair game and could be the cause of disputes if you assert its yours and it isn't.
What she said is irrelevant if its not marked in the deeds as yours.
Thanks, I think this is the crux, It's not mine, and if I ever fall out with any of them -(unlikely as I won;t be living there) it could cause havoc.0
