No it doesn't as it has nothing to do with them what disability she has, if she has a badge she is entitled to it, that is all they need to knowWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

If her disabled badge had been on display then this would have probably been a different matter..
You don't know that it wasn't as you were not there, so don't mention it either way (even though it's irrelevant on private land, to admit an omission is handing them an excuse to say no).
And her 'protected characteristics' affecting cognitive ability/memory are covered by the Act. Forget about the Blue Badge and what that was for!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why not print off two hard copies as well and put one in the post to the Asda Havant Store Manager {by name, marked 'strictly private and confidential - addressee only'} and one to Tony Wilson at Asda Head Office (he's the Parking Manager there I think).

Well done! Do tell more!
Who confirmed this (Store Manager?) and who did you write to in the end, if at all? Did he apologise?? Was it the facebook posting that did the trick?

Just an added thought- why is someone with accute memory loss driving? Can they remember a red light? which pedal is the brake? What to do at a roundabout? Where they've parked the car?0

He's the guy who refunded a paid fake PCN and sent a voucher as well, to this person last year:

Like in that thread, did he send your Mum a gift card and take a note of her car reg for their white list at the Havant Store so she doesn't get bothered by these vermin again? If not why not...!
