I am quite liking the idea of getting lots of shopping through the till and walking out. The deputy manager told me to sort it out wit town and country...
If her disabled badge had been on display then this would have probably been a different matter..0 -

It got quite heated and i told the deputy manager he wss useless... Made quite a scene in front of customers emphasising the fact that they were targeting a defenceless disabled old lady on a pension... My last words to the deputy after he said he has no feelings was you have no heart... I walked out...
Go to local paper...0 -
Please post that up on asda facebook page, that is something that you get your teeth into, direct discrimination under the equality act. And a deputy manager saying he has no feelings towards a customer, should go down a treat. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

He wouldn't give me his last name he just said my name is darren and i am a deputy manager, his badge showed the same...
So question is i am likely to do all of the above everyone has mentioned but need to know that i won't get in any sort of trouble, i.e. slander etc...
I might get you guys to give it the once over...
First facebook, then twitter, then write an email to head office of asda and town and country and finally the newspaper if it goes that far...0 -
No you won't get done for slander, you are giving a true account of what happened, they are at a real risk of getting done for equality breach themselves if you decide to take them to the small claims. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. her disability badge is not for acute memory loss
this is just something she has mentioned to the doctor and is being investigated by the hospital...
Her disability badge is because of asthma and not being able to walk very far...
Does this change anything?0
