Your claim lies with Thomson Airways since FC was merged with its own airline. Do not write to any other entity about this.

So what do I do if I have already put a claim in with FC? I explained the terms on which the holiday was booked and nothing was said about Thomson? Is this a delay tactic?

Also FC found my details and booking reference and were looking into the claim with information they provided to me after giving them my name, etc.

You have no contract with FC if you booked with Thomson. Your claim should be with the contractor, not their sub-contractors. Unless Thomson were purely acting as agents, which may be the case.

I did think about the contract aspect of it especially working in the law but FC seemed adamant that the claim should go via themselves even when I explained the trip was booked via an agent. On saying that this could be a delay tactic so I am rather confused on what to do next.
