Morning all:A
A little help required today please.
I am going to treat myself to a new camera. I would like a Nikon D 3200 and am thinking of getting it from Mr Shoes, but if anyone knows of a better deal can you let me know please. I just missed out on a great deal at A's:mad:

Cath Halsall Karen Gala have got their likes up from a bunch of penny pinching students and foreigners who will never visit their page again but they are still the winners in the rankings and ratings war. So what do they care?

Very rare for the SA to check the names on vouchers, I have never ever had that happen. Just hand over the clubcard at the start and put it away and then the vouchers at the end.
Hi Flo Flo, yet it is rare, but I went to use hubby's £3 off £20 the other week with my club card, and it wouldn't accept the coupon. I had spent £22 but the till wouldn't accept it.0 -

I am heartbroken by the lies, this isn't the first time, she just doesn't see the ramifications of lying and blaming someone else, or doesn't care.
Am I overreacting!
Sorry for long post.
Hi Flo Flo. I don't post here very often (English isn't my first langueage so I tend to just read or post in short sentenses) but couldn't just walk away when I read your post.
I don't know your situation fully but I imagine your DD is a teenager?
I used to be absolutely horrendous when I was a teen. I was a good enough kid before I hit puberty but suddenly I became a nightmare for my parents. I put it all down to hormones. I was extremely emotional, violent, selfish, you name it!
I even told my mum I wish she was dead and said hurtful things regularly. My parents didn't know what to do, especially when my brother and sister (both older than me) were model children and never caused any trouble.
I started to calm down when I was about 18 and when I left home and started living on my own I realised how much my parents did for me. 20+ years on, my parents tell me that I turned out ok eventually and I am the most caring of the three kids. My brother and sister went through their teens in completely different ways to I did. They never complained and was never aggressive but they just bottled things up. They don't speak to my parents much today.
I don't know if my story is relevant to your situation at all but I suppose I wanted to say that your DD is probably going through the most tricky age and one day you will look back and laugh about it.
I think showing her you love her is important to get through it all.
Sending you big hugs.0 -
