Hope she gets it all sorted, and it will be nice to have her living close to you. You'll soon have her wondering round A's counting how many items she' got and throwing in a spare flump for good measure.0 -
Ok, but one thing to be aware of when using any Yahoo/Gmail/ Facebook account is that the area which states where you're logging in from is NOT accurate to any degree. It's a lot to do with ISP's and the unique IP address being used at the time and their servers of where they're based and shared with. It's more often that not, not a case of being hacked.
Facebook for example are terrible for this. It's well known that often they will tell you you're logging in from X when X is hundreds/thousands of miles away. I have a FB account used only for 'business' purposes. It always thinks my current location is Scotland/Germany or Russia which is simply down to the ISP and IP address being used at the time.
Yahoo users experience similar 'problems'. They aren't problems of course, but can give the wrong impression.
Obviously in some cases suspicious activity could be just that, but usually it's simply down to systems in place at the time.
The activity from russia was timed exactly to the hacking for us. All other activity was from home.
But good to know for the future thanks.0 -

I'm off for the afternoon.
I know I haven't mentioned on here everything that's getting me down at the moment (it's all so trivial compared to what so many others on here mention).
You lot have been a godsend to me this last week or so when I've needed people to distract me and chat to about nothing in particular.
So you may not know it but currently the Elite are my best friends and this is my happy place in the daytime right now when DH isn't at home
I know I don't post much (that'll change next month when I'm back to work on nights and I finally get to mingle with the night shift on here during my lunch hourthat is if they'll have me and there's room for my bilge) and sorry when I gibber .
Better get on and do the school run or they're gonna think I'm not coming
Back laterHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

I can relate to that at the moment as well.
I'm currently off work and popping on here and reading up on what's been happening has been a good distraction. I haven't posted much the last wee while, but I'm usually lurkering...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

For anyone that got the £1 off coupon for the Magnum Pot Ice Cream, they are currently £2 at A's, but don't get the Chocolate one as part of a PP shop in T's as it's comparing at £4 instead, so I lost out on a couple of quid.
It's also £1.99 in Morries if that helps anyone
