I did mention to them getting one for the dog but they always tell me it's too much hassle (might just do it for them :D )

    Afternoon all

Its my daughters 3rd birthday today - so were having super fun dressing up as Stephanie from Lazy town, (I love the pink wig!) - and playing with ponies and babies!!

I just wanted to say that after 2 weeks, the CS team for the pizzas finally came through. They sent me the four coupons via a link which I was able to open and print off the coupons.

I made a new account with a hotmail address - and all the coupon emails worked as normal - so it must have been a bug with btinternet accounts.

They also sent me an email about an hour earlier to say they were sending the coupons through the post - if they arrive I will destroy them, as I assume they will have the same codes as the original 4 which I could not access until they were sent as a clickable link.

So I am off to the shop before the school run to scoop up another 4 whilst they are still 40p each! wahoo! :D

This set alarm bells ringing for me, our btinternet account was hacked last week. We had no idea until one of our friends phoned us due to receiving spam from us.

We use Outlook to send and receive and nothing was coming through as Yahoo had noticed suspicous activity and blocked the account. We had to log on there and change our password for it all to work again and IMPORTANTLY send an email while logged on to Yahoo as password did not work from Outlook until then.

From yahoo we can see our account was accessed from Russia and we are not alone C4 story about it. Happening to more and more customers but it is being kept low key.

Well I bought the Prawn Cocktail flavour and they still show n/a against Morries. They are comparing to Sada now but at £1.89!
At least Tosco are acknowledging that Sada sell them now. Perhaps they just need to catch up to the £1 price.
Will try again in a day or two.

These were £1.89 in my asda, when I checked half hour ago.

    Afternoon :)

Ive missed a morning  DS2 was poorly through the night so I got no sleep. He was up from 3 until 8 then I finally got him to go back to sleep and I fell asleep as well. Haven't a clue what's up with him :( he's not got a temperature or any other signs of illness, he just couldn't stop being sick. He seems a little better now anyway and I am too after some kip.

QOC hope your op goes/went ok...can't remember when you were having it done?

Hope everyone else is good. I haven't caught up properly yet

I wonder if anyone can help us out with a Ts query.
My Mum's just had her vouchers come through and there's absolutely no coupons on there (except for the usual 3 you get for the points accrued). she had a few last time but said she didn't really use them (except the double points one). I've received 12 again this time so she was expecting the same (there's none showing when logging in to her account either)
She rang Ts and they said it's up to the marketing department who gets what and that on the next cycle she will get some. She got some extra points as gesture of good will (blah blah blah!) but she really wanted the vouchers :(
Has anyone else had this happen? Is it because the shopping bill has taken a nosedive because there's been more shopping done in As now so Ts are obviously seeing she's spending less?
I'm wondering if this would trigger a different kind of voucher (like the cond spend ones lots of people get for dormant or under used accounts)?
The account isn't new (it's probably 20 years old) and they've never had this happen before.
yes it happened to me last time, i also had account for about 20 years. i moaned and only got 100 points as good will. got some this time though. lesson to mr T. dont mess with the elite:)

Oooooh looks like she's not alone!
Be interesting to see what story they give you when you ring them
How many did you get last time? She got 6 and says she probably didn't use them all as it was for stuff she didn't plan on buying. The CC vouchers came in at about £6 i think.

I'm sure I got maybe 8-10 last time and most of them were used. I'll give them a ring later (in work now!) and see what they say - I'll let you know

    ;)

It seems all ok now, although some people have had trouble getting it back up again and totally locked out as no sooner they change the password it is being sent to hackers to take control again.

When we eventually tried to send an email through BT Yahoo they had put an extra security measure in those weird letters you have to type in, is called capture, to prove you are not a computer sending it. Once that was done all seems good. There is an area you can check where access to your account has been, I got it from the Channel 4 story.

OH relies on his account as he has built up a very good reputation in the area he teaches part time in, the loss of that connection would not have been great. :(
