Just got a bit sad, had not been making those necessary phone calls to all the utility companies, makes it all seem so final. :(

Have now rung BT, to close mum's account, first tiny or maybe big step, letting go of hers (and my dad's) phone number.

Bless you TS, I imagine that must be difficult. Hope you have a pleasant afternoon out with Mr TS :)

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say hi. Sorry I have been lurking again but my father passed away last Monday which hasn't really sunk in yet and I have my adoption panel tomorrow which I am really nervous about. Thanks to everybody on here for keeping me going I read the posts every night before heading to bed and most nights it helps me sleep, so thank you you have all helped more than you know. I am still very new to all this and don't really get how it works but I'm hoping I can really start to save some money in the future. I love seeing how you all support each other with various troubles and help each other out with money saving also.

Just on my way out, so a quickie. But have to agree with this. Be careful CS. The website is really unprofessional, lots of typos and dodgy looking English. These are way too cheap to be genuine as well. Theres lots of fakes around. I think the old saying if it looks to good to be true, it probably is applies here. Good luck with finding some.

    ....got to run :)

Thanks Mildred, just going to make myself presentable. ;)

I was only saying the other day not often I can drag him into town. But a nice pint of ale on offer for him and a nice cheap meal for me, he couldn't refuse. :j

But I am still waiting for him to get back from the allotment.

I know how hard this is Tinyshoes, I had to do all this for my sister, and I had her telephone number on my mobile phone for ages.
