    Hi :-)

need a bit of help please ....have been asked to find UGG boots for someone, a particular one Bailey triplet in chestnut colour soze 6.5, everywhere I have looked they are about £220 (not interested in buying on ebay) but then I found this site......how do I know if it's for real? any hints on how to check please?

    TIA

Hi calmspirit, check out uggaustralia.co.uk and you can check any website to see if it's authorised to sell the authentic ugg boots, I think the one you are looking at is on there as counterfeit. HTH

I brought 4 tins of tomato's yesterday, and 1 pack of Fuseli pasta, but it would only scan 4 vouchers and the 5th had to be a non scanable. I assume it's the pasta which caused the problem.

I actually found some to the tomato's with a sell by date of 2014, until now they have all be August or September 2013.

I have decided to blend some and see how it fairs to normal Tomato Juice, which I love

AFAIK Coupons scan fine on Tinned Toms, Passata & puree. All other sauces & pasta's need to be entered as non-scan
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)

I feel very distressed today. I do a lot of online ordering from Debenhams and have never had a problem in the past. However, a parcel that should have been delivered two weeks ago, still hasn't arrived. Its a beauty product.

I've had excuse after exuse and now, have even been lied to. I was told that the parcel in question had been signed for. Well, that's unusual, as none of my other parcels have ever been signed for. I received an item only this morning which was put into my unsecure porch while I was out. . I've had neighbours receive my parcels which I think is a bit unprofessional. I'd prefer them to be taken to local depot while I was out. Not left at neighbours, where you have to spend 20 minutes chatting about nothing, while colleting your parcel. I don't mind a lot, but when you are in a rush. It seems rude not to ask how the children are. etc.

So why would they say that my parcel that I DIDN"T receive was signed for by someone and they can't read the name. but all other parcels have never required a signature from me?

I am awaiting another call now, from someone else there. They are apparently going to get in touch with the courier firm.

Has anybody else had such customer service from Debenhams?

I order off them all the time but it's always clothes.
I don't think I've ever had to sign for any of the packages (I think they always come in that black plastic wrapping) but my memory may be hazy.
Anything I've signed for recently (whether from Debs or not) I've always been asked for my surname anyway so their excuse of not knowing who the signature is is rubbish.
I'd be shocked if I was in your shoes, I've always found their customer service good so far....
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

I'm still waiting. :( I'm hungry now, Mr TS said he was putting the last of the spuds in, 25 minutes ago now.

How can I take second place to a spud, I think I have scrubbed up quite well. :D
