We had a really good night, Eric Clapton is brilliant, all his band are superb musicians, the support band (Gary Clark Jnr) was very good..................and if that wasn't enough Peter Kay came on at the end for the first song of the encore with his double shovel "guitar" :D
    Thanks Maine :T

    Thanks guys,
I love that video maineblue, that really has cheered me up laughing my head off.
Im a neutral luckily and just enjoy good football whoever playing (cant really say saturday was a good football match though)
My official stance as it stands for next season is:-
    1st-Man city
    2nd-Chelsea
    3rd-The reds

I cant see the reds doing too much this year with moyes as imo hes a bit nanby panby, a bit softly softly..
The toffees praise him, the media praises him, but correct me if im wrong, ''Did he win a single piece of silverware in 10 years at evertone''???????? Sucessful manager????? (further to add why would rooney want to leave a sucessful club, left within 12 months of moyes at everton, maybe he thinks moyes is also nanby panby)
Mancini won silverware, di matteo won silverware, benitez won silverware yet all got sacked pretty quickly???????

Has football passed from the pitch to the boardroom?
Ask me in 12 months and I'll have the answer.

Anyway chin up enjoy the closed season and get ready for what i believe could be the most open premiership since its inception.

*Thanks Ffly, I like yours wish i could get one with a my 3 cats on it..

it's 11 years actually of not winning anything with that lot;), in fact, the only thing he has won as a Manager is with Preston in 99/2000 season where they won the 2nd division. Impressive eh?:D
