So to hear that. What is wrong with the school situation? I though you was happy to be moving schools and having a nursery place? (miss that confused smiley still).
Did your DD1 get sorted out for her PND?

It is just stressful changing everything and I'm not very good at dealing with any kind of change. I'll have 1 at each of 2 different schools and it is going to be manic doing drop offs/pick ups.

Kitchen now swept and looking much nicer OH shovelled stuff into the bin.

I'm definitely paying now for the 45 minutes I spent shifting three large bucketfuls of weeds and general detritus from the back garden yesterday. Big, big ouchie.:( I have to scrub the loo in a bit (it being Wednesday it's due for its weekly major scrub/descale) and I'm not sure how I'm going to manage it.

I have to laugh though - every year, Mr LW carefully mows round a large and annoyingly persistent patch of cuckoo-pint near the back fence, and every year I come behind him and pull the damn things out as best I can......:rotfl:

Jeans wash done overnight; Mr LW hung them in the bathroom as it was wet this morning, but the sun's trying to come out now, so I've put them outside - it's quite windy, too, so hopefully they'll dry.:o

Got a call yesterday - Dave the Yorkie is coming to stay on Thursday next week, for eight days - apparently his humans asked for us specifically.:T I seem to be getting along with the new franchisee OK, my only gripe is he calls rather than emailing me, but I have the phone set up with a special ringtone for the dog-sitting service, so I know it's him straight away. (Is it too cheesy to have Bach as a ringtone for canine-oriented calls??):D

I have three ringtones - one for Mr LW (The Minute Waltz), one for the dog-sitting service (the aforementioned Bach), and a third one for "everyone else" (some anodyne piece that goes by the title "Belly Dance") and if that one sounds, I go straight into big panicky meltdown.:(
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

I dont think I am ever EVER selling on ebay again!!!! They found in favour of the buyer (13 feedback), I had 100% record on ebay & prided myself on that, I am blinkin well so so , want to punch someones face in, if they wanted a perfect 2nd hand phone they should have bought new one . I decscribed the phone honestly, even DH said "you are not exactly selling it by mentioning & showing pictures of scratches etc" - I told him I was just trying to be honest :rotfl:so much for that, I was sure ebay would find in my favour, I need to see if they will retract the negative feedback, I am going to send phone off to a recycling company now, am scared to put it on ebay now for fear of more of the same :(

They almost always find in favour of the buyer.. it is disgusting! They won't remove feedback and what really pee's me off is that as a seller you can't leave appropriate feedback it is positive or nothing.. as a result I refuse to leave any feedback at all.

try local facebook selling pages.. providing they are actually returning the phone, they don't usually! And I hope you kept a record of the IMEI number so you can check they are actually returning the same phone you sent out.

oh.. and feedback is only taken into account for a year now so in 12 months time you are back to 100% .. failing that, open another account and use that for a year :D

We have had a bit of rain here so the pollen count is down compared to yesterday. Ibuprofen has taken down some of the inflammation in my nasal passages and the pains everywhere else, and I'm beginning to feel more human again :) Thanks for all GWS messages.

We've had 3 more removals estimators here today and it's been interesting to see how they react to our RoDs (office and garage/railway room)...

I managed to get rid of some fence paint on Freecycle and I'm about to put even more stuff on eB@y - have just sold another small item this morning: every penny helps :money: Sorry to hear about your problems with your buyer, macpep.

This afternoon I must dig up plants and post them to my friend. While I'm at the shops I will buy the rest of the ingredients for DGS3's cakes so that I can weigh out tonight and bake tomorrow.

Housework (of the cleaning type) is being studiously ignored today and for the next few days - especially after one of the removals people commented that my house was clean and tidy :)

So the new chap's Bach is worse than his bite?

    I'll get me coat.

Well after I wasted this morning waiting on mw I am struggling to get motivated but I really need to get into gear as I have so much to do.

I am going to get into flying mode for the next two hours and I am aiming to:
Do another load of washing and empty TD
Make the dinner - chicken fajitas & salad
    Dust the living room
    Clear the mantlepiece and dust
    Dust living room for cobwebs
Make millionaire shortbread and some cupcakes whilst the oven is on
    HHI
Change the facecloths and towels in the bathroom
Give mum a quick call to see how she is feeling, as wasn't too well yesterday

I think that is probably more than enough to keep me busy for the next couple of hours. I will return later to update what I have managed to get done.

Chips cut for dinner.. junk food night tonight.. and after 3 days of pasta potatoes will be a nice change :p

    1 cats deflea'd.. 4 to do!

Best go scrub the kitchen table and fold the dry laundry to go away.. it may look habitable in there then!
