Thanks HB. I've always wanted children, my dollies as a child were well cared for.

I'm 32 and some would argue that there is still plenty of time but my late OH although a lovely person was not a great boyfriend, his lies and indiscretions, plus I'm far from perfect (he wanted and expected a stepford wife) took a great toll on my mental health. I'm not sure I could cope with another relationship.

I will get over my broodiness. I am determined to find myself a career that makes a difference and dedicate my life to that.

    Thank you for sharing HB

We just never know what's around the corner, Deco - as we have found out already (hugs). I was thinking I was "on the shelf" before I met DH and then the whirlwind arrived, seven or eight years passed me by, with me hardly realising, and here I am, still stunned that I'm not in my twenties anymore...

Life sure is a funny old game x
