More flinging going on in here.. 2 binbags of recycling 1 of rubbish and 1/2 a bag for CS.. I even got all carried away and cleaned one section of worksurface AND the kettle!.. I may need to remove my back though it is agony!

ALL the damp washing dried, folded and put away.. just the 2 tiddlers washing in the TD at the moment.. my kitchen is almost looking empty!!!

Everyone stuffing their faces, so I'll find the girls pjs and they can get themselves away to bed soon

    Hi all

We are all overtired here so all in pjs already, and watching a DVD in bed with snacks.

Not achieved a lot today. Went to my friends party last night and whilst I had a few drinks and a dance I was struggling to keep my chin up, and so feel quite exhausted from the effort, and quite low. All those happy families and couples. I was green with envy.

Kiddies have also had a full on weekend, so I think an early night is the best thing for all of us.

    Lovely to "see" you JulieJim.

See you on the new thread, will have my chipper back in place ASAP.

Bossy know exactly how you feel. TBH I'm struggling a bit with that too atm. (((hugs))) It's not helped by my broodiness is through the roof but I have to get over it as it's very unlikely I will have children.

As you say tomorrow is a new day, chin up hun.

I've done very little today. Rewashed blazer as it still smelt of turps, did a white load then stuck the machine on for a cleaning cycle. My cousin was over earlier for a coffee and apart from running the Hoover round and feeding the hungry that's been it.
Aunty flo is not playing fair I feel totally drained today.
Just got DS2 to stick the kettle on so I will have tea and hope OH Doesn't take long to get back from the shop with the parrots.
I think an early night would do me the world of good. So I will try to get DD to come in the big bed shortly with me to watch a film and hopefully she will fall asleep!

See you all on the next thread

If it's any consolation Decogecko, I was so broody in my thirties that I used to have to cross the street to avoid women with prams. It passed, eventually, as most things do, and in my mid- to late-forties a pregnancy scare was deeply scarey and a bit depressing - I'd come to terms with not being a mother, which had been, when I was younger, my life's ambition. My theory is that our hormones go into overdrive when it seems we might not sprog and nature doesn't want that. Just a thought.
    Better is good enough.
