  • The very fact that this website is available world wide means that IT IS NOT A SECRET that glitches exist. I have a friend who works for a well known supermarket who is paid to search websites for glitches and report to head office. He searches this site regularly.

The very fact that we tell people about glitches on the internet means we are spreading the word. Boots staff are on here too...they take advantage of it themselves for goodness sake.

If you discover a glitch keep it private and don't tell anyone about it. Don't have a go at me because I told a member of staff. Every person who posts on this site is spreading the word!!!

the shiny/glossy voucher is the one from the manned tills, so you spend £4 or more on toiletries in Boots, and pay at a manned till. With your receipt you'll get a glossy No7 voucher.

I dont have any vouchers yet, does anyone know if I can still spend the £4 on toiletries to get a glossy voucher tomorrow please?

Hi I don't believe so I just went in now and bought 3 tinted moisturisers and paid with SS voucher as all my glossies gone and was only given a double points on your spend voucher I would ask pals though as some people don't wear the products and may still have vouchers A couple of people at office remembered getting them said would check at home so ask pals or colleagues etc Hope that helps :-)

Thanks, I understand it again. I don't know what happened.. I got the hang of this then lost it again ;)

The two main items I want are the pore serum £14 and day cream £12.50, both on 3for2 but as they are both priced higher than the tinted moisturiser, it looks like I can only do it by purchasing 2 x BB cream (£12.95?) and 1 x day cream. I can't include the pore serum in any combination?

no, you can do the pore serum with 2 glitchies I think ie
    pore serum £14
    bronzing pearls bogohp £4.97
    bronzing pearls free on 342

    = £18.97 minus £8 in vouchers = 10.97 to pay for example.

I don't know if it will make any difference, but I think in your case, as the skincare is most expensive above the glitchies, I'd put the glitchies both through the till first, then the skincare item.

I can't see this working when the 3rd item is more expensive than the glitches.

    Has anyone tried this?

  • No more ss vouchers being given out today, but the glossy ones I already had worked.

I did wonder if Boots track my advantage card and note how many glitches I use(!) (someone above mentioned their cards being marked)...

cheapest price of getting the serum using glitching is £7.95
get only ONE bronzing pearls which is lowest value glitching item at £9.95. it counts as both skincare AND makeup, so both vouchers work on it. then double vouchers glitch means a total of £16 off. so this is essentially working out to be £6 off the rest of your basket.

£9 no7 foaming face wash (irrelevant, free item with 3for2 because she wants the serum)
    £9.95 bronzing pearls
    £14 serum
    -£16 double glitch vouchers
    = £7.95 total

using this method, i was able to purchase whatever I wanted from the rest of boots and was no longer limited to just No7 cosmetics. if you pick something worth £7, you'll have to pay £1, £8 is £2 total and so on. you could even use this method to get the machine to give you £6 for 'buying' a bronzing pearls, but I don't advise on doing this as I don't know the repercussions if you're caught.

good luck, even though some of you have about the subtlety of a battering ram *looks at the feline with opposing digits*
  • I've just read the who,e thread and I'm REALLY confused...

I have a no7 £5 and £3 voucher in my pocket ready to hit boots at 9am so please can someone tell me what I need..

I need some moisturiser anyway so I'm thinking I need either 3 x bb creams or 3 x tinted moisturiser and what happens then??

    Thanks in advance xx

lovesabargain123 - I'm assuming you have the vouchers from a manned till & not a paper one from a self-service till - this is what koala from the 1st post got

No 7 BB Crm Dry Md 12.95
No 7 BB Crm Dry Md 12.95
No 7 BB Crm Dry Md 0.00 (free item 3 for 2)
Multisave -6.48 (buy one get one half price)
    No 7 voucher -5.00
    No 7 voucher -3.00
    Total to pay 11.42

so if you want 3 BB creams you will pay £11.42 the glitch is that the BB creams come under both make-up & skincare
