I would just like to say that I bought a printer from Amazon When I tried setting it up it was very flimsy in my opinion. Bits of plastic etc.
I was concerned about whether I could send it back given that I had put the inks in as well as setting it up wirelessly.
I went on to the forum regarding rights etc MLF Told that Amazon were very good about things like this.
I made a telephone call and explained they have emailed me with a label. for return and the instructions of who to call to have it uplifted. Have to just remove the ink. It even says why I want to return. I won't get a refund for a couple of weeks but I am not concerned about that. I was going to order another from Amazon but decided to go to PC World and examine the one I wanted to buy As it was the same price as Amazon although £20 more than the origional. I brought it home in a taxi and I set it up wirelessly to both my laptop and desk top and I am on the wrong side of 65 so quite proud of myself.
I think that as a lot of people say they won't use the present order to add to the new one. I buy a lot of clothes online from M&S or Debenhams often as they dont have my size If I return it to the store they put it back on my card immediately If I need to return something it takes time to filter through. I hope that things work out for you and that your daughter enjoys her gift when her birthday arrives.

If it's an iPad you can take it directly to Apple for a replacement.

But you know that this is already factored in into the price you paid...

What's that got to do with the price of eggs? :p

I'm just saying that he can go directly to Apple.
