    Evening all,

Hugs and kind thoughts for all who are not well, especially PP.

Cool here to-day but no rain so washing out on line.

Went for a swim this afternoon with DD4...have not been very good at going regularly for last couple of weeks and felt it....really have to get down some weight and get fitter as I'm sick of being a fat old woman!

We had salmon which was leftover from yesterday for dinner, with salad and the last of my homemade bread...really find that bread turns out better if I use fresh yeast, got 200g yesterday in a Polish shop, nowhere else around here to get it so have frozen some for the next few weeks. Was too lazy to make more yeast bread so made some soda bread....much faster when I am in a hurry as no proving.

Going to start a cardigan to-night in case it is cold in Cork for Communion, its an ecru cotton which will match well with my outfit, should get on with it, otherwise will be finishing on way to church!

Would love to be nearer to the sea, OH was born within sound of it but strangely doesn't seem to miss it all that much. Will not be moving at this stage, as this house has been in my family for the couple of hundred years since it was built.

Enjoy your weekend everybody, stay safe and well

    Marie

Mum flew off to LA today for 2 weeks with her cousin, hope she has a great break, gosh she needs it! Now have 2 days off, have had a brisket in the SC and have invited brother for dinner tomorrow, just need to check out the veg situation.
