Mnay of the population have a reading age of below 10.
This sort of education is badly needed. The vox pops show how ignorant people are, so if this helps them become more financially savvy, it has to be worth it.

I also dont enjoy watching Martin Lewis on tv, its the way he shouts out what he wants to say as if we dont understand him...

Also many of the people using ML MSE forums have really terrible spelling, I cant help but notice, spelling age of below 10 also........Im definately not perfect , but some of the spelling mistakes are ridiculous from adults...........

As long as the meaning of the post is clear it doesn't matter if there's a few mistakes. not everybody has the advantage of a superior education, or even a perfect keyboard. Regular forumites tend to ignore minor grammar/spelling errors where they are not, themselves, the subject that's being posted about.

But if you want to be educated there are fora that specialise in it.

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper I've been Money Tipped!
It used to make me cringe but I quite enjoyed last week's and found the bit about section 75 useful especially the warning about Paypal etc.

I realised that they are trying to make a very boring subject as fun as possible and trying to attract the attention of people who wouldn't normally watch a programme about personal finance. Hopefully it will work.

That's why i stopped watching during the first couple of episodes last series. Very annoying shouting at the top of his voice like we‘re all simpletons who can't understand.
Prefer to read the forums to get some advice or help if i need it. Some very useful information which has helped me greatly over recent months.
