Did you declare this at point of sale? If you already had an account, and then tried to open another separate account the system would decline the new account as you are only allowed a single account on the system.
You should have added the new line onto your existing account.
My home broadband is with Orange. Not T-mobile. I'm trying to apply for T-mobile MIFI which is different from home broadband.
But... Now both belongs to EE :cool:
Not sure if that is an issue.
I had the broadband for over 8years now, I bought it as freeserve internet at that time so can't really remember the declarations0
