No, at first i couldn't look past the buying two of the same item, then i started thinking about how for paypal claims it's been said all you need to provide is any tracking number regardless of who it's for. It seemed court action was always just a threat to try and get the OP to give in and pay up and this seems to be consistent with the fact that when it became apparent OP was going to let it go to court suddenly the buyer can't make it.
    Bought, not Brought
  • how rediculous is all of this getting what person can take you to a claims court for that she may have prove of posting it but she has no prove as who got it and signed for it!!!! 100% you will not have to pay her the amount of money as you have not received your item back.
people do try dont they its just rediculous but you should try and find out about the other one she sent back and what that was for it could be for the same reason if it is case solved but how do you know that she bought another one if you dont mind me asking?
