Im sure this has been answered before but i couldnt find a thread. I had read several times that it is illegal for banks to charge me knowing i was on income support is this true? Sorry to stir the hornets net up again.

My husband has today received a 'goodwill' gesture from his bank, although not accepting liability. It worked out about 80% of the fees the took from him. So once again OP for bringing this to our attention! :T
