hasn't for me yet - just 6 so far....unfortunately I delayed deciding to send the initial one, until my 2nd account had its statement ready too....then noticed the issue, then had been holding off assuming fault would've been resolved etc

Will be chasing it up for certain when time comes though.

Emailed Mobiles.co.uk a Talkmobile bill with no address on ten days ago and today I have received an email that it has been accepted. The bill which was dated 26th April is still showing no address online, though they have updated it to show my christian name instead of Hello A.

well.....its now Day 14 since I sent both of my claims off my claim to mobiles.co.uk via their website. I did get the confirmation "Thanks for submitting your cashback claim." email on the day, but nothing since....time to dig out how to contact to chase the ruddy thing up :(

tomorrow, just in case, I'm going to pop to parents house and get the Copy Invoices that talkmobile sent out scanned in. Can anyone quickly tell me please, if they just need Page 1 of the bill, or if I need to scan in each page?

    Cheers

No need whilst you still have time to spare on the 60 day mark. Send a mesage via the link at the bottom of the claim submission page and you should get a confirmation reply in 2-3 days.

I have found I no longer have problems accessing bills; I previously logged on via a CPW page but now go to Talk mobile's own page.

I did that......though it asks you to provide evidence of sending, such as the 'reference number or email'. The confirmation emails I received 14 days ago just confirm the very basics....no reference number
    Dear Customer

Thanks for submitting your cashback claim.

Claims are processed within 14 days from receipt. We will then send you a confirmation email to let you know if its been accepted. Payment on successful claims is made by cheque and you should allow 28 days to receive it.

So in that box, I typed in the exact time and date I received the email and pasted the email in too.

Had to do that twice, one for each of the 2 claims submitted on the same day, with it asking for the reference number for each claim.

The 2 confirmation emails were sent 2 minutes apart from each other (tho did them a bit earlier in the day)...so no way of knowing exactly which confirmation email is for which, but that certainly shouldn't matter.

What was odd....after pressing Submit, it then said along the lines of "Thank you you will be replied to within 3 working hours", but the email received shortly after said within the next 3 working days. They should make their mind up.

One of my claims will be 60days up around the 8th/9th....so time is getting near for that....there's another 2 weeks leeway after on the other.

I can view my most recent bills fine now on the talkmobile system, but the bills for April still come up with the blank address.

You must be looking somewhere else. It doesn't ask for "proof" of sending, but gives you title options such as "where's my cheque" and a message box. No option to copy or attach - just other boxes for your usual details such as email address, order number etc.

Can someone tell me if all Talkmobile bills are dated 26th of the month as both mine and my wifes are and someone's post on here also ends on the 26th of the month.I just thought it was a coincidence with our 2 bills.

yeah - it was the same section where I selected "Where's My Cheque" it then adds the following line
    Proof of
    Claiming: *
To help us deal with your query as quickly as possible please provide your claim postage tracking reference or claim confirmation email.

It doesnt even allow you to attach anything, just a typy in box

AndysDad....the dates are relative to whenever the original phone was received. We have 2, one comes out dated around the 10th, and the other around the 26th or so
