Thanks for that but I'm a little confused........
Is the TAx office nearest to your place of work necessarily the one that is "your" tax office??
Thanks.Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
Another question, having almost completed the forms on line (or so I thought), I've realised that I am only at the end of my statement of affairs. Do I have to submit this first before I can get to the other form does anyone know? I wasn't planning on completing the rest until possibly the night before bankruptcy (is this wise?) as there are certain question I can't answer until then i.e. how much is in my bank account/in hand etc.Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0

Not necessarily. Mine is South Yorkshire, but I live in the South West.
Mine ended up being South Yorkshire because that is where the registered office of an employer was. My records have stayed with that one ever since, despite changing employer.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi Claire,
It's not necessarily the one closest to where you work, it depends on the company / organisation you work for. If it's a small company chances are it'll be the local tax office; a bigger organisation and it'll be where their payroll department is based.

Hi Claire,
Best estimates are fine. I wouldn't leave anything for the night before with the exception of a copious supply of alcohol
I understand that you can save the forms and then go back on line and carry on where you left off. I would get them done because there's nothing wrong with manual alterations on the day if something has changed significantly.
They're an indication not a set of audited accounts,

Thanks Richard and Fermi,
Yes I've been wondering about leaving things until the night before myself!
Are these forms onlin printable does anyone know? Or do I just submit them and the court prints them off?
Confused (again, it really doesnt take much)Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
BAAB it's only letting me do statement of affairs, that the title at the top and it says nothing about the other form anywhere!
Oh what am I doing wrong?!?!!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
Yes I'm wondering whether to contact the court tomorrow and ask them to send me the relevant paperwork, at least you can see exactly what has to be filled in on those (I assume)!
thanks to all that have helped me again tonight, god knows where I'd be otherwise!Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
Oh yet another question.
On the part of the form where it asks you to list outgoings it asks for rent, water, gas/leccy etc, then it asks for "any other essential outgoings" Is this the part where I can add car outgoings, haircuts etc?Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -

Yes. On my form it said "Other essential payments (e.g. life/household insurance, car tax & repairs)"
