Income support

Hi
I am self employed I have even for 15 years, I still have work coming in but not a great deal, I want to claim income support and I appear to be entitled, my partner will not consent to me sharing any information about them whatsoever, I can't say that I blame them really it's my finances not theirs.
The A1 form asks for details about everyone but this is a significant breach of human rights and data protection, I am the one claiming not everyone else?
What to do?

Do you meet any of the above?
Your partner (if you live together) and their income/savings/capital has to be declared when claiming means-tested benefits.0 -
You'll not be able to claim income support unless you
- have a low income
- work less than 16 hours a week, depending on the amount of your wage
- aren't in full-time study (but there are some exceptions)
- don't get Jobseeker's Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance
- don't have savings above £16,000
- live in Great Britain
You may get Income Support if you are one of the following:
- a lone parent
- on parental or paternity leave
- a carer
- a refugee learning English who arrived less than a year ago0 -
The dot gov website suggests low income is a qualifying criteria?0

There is no chance I can give details of another totally unrelated person that's just crazy, she would lose her job if I mentioned her!0

Depending on your partners income you may not be entitled to any benefits. Your partner would be expected to support you0
