Rephrase your question with a bit more info so that we have a rough idea what you're talking about? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Goodness, sorry, that was a garble!
I sold an iPad on eBay last week and the buyer paid via Paypal and collected. They have now opened a dispute claiming I didn't allow them to collect.
Is there anything I can do?0 -
oh bless you that is a known scam on ebay. I am not sure if there is anything you can do, you could try to report them to the police for theft? If I was you I would certainly be wanting to do something.0

sadly not a great deal really, if they are claiming item not received through paypal they will win as you are only protected through paypal if you post to the paypal address with trackable delivery.
google "paypal collection scam" and you will see this is a common issue I'm afraid.
Some kind of police/court action is possible but difficult, not sure if anyone has successfully done this.if i had known then what i know now0 -
I would start off by phoning paypal and explaining the situation - let us know how it pans out.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

Just an idea, but I don't know if it will work. Have you tried contacting apple to see if there is any way that they can trace where the ipad is being used. It's worth a try.
Also, did the buyer sign for it?0 -

that is a bit un-called for, not everyone has heard of this scam. The majority of people are honest and assume that everyone else is the same.0 -

Good point about contacting apple I wonder if they can block it? No need to go into details just tell them it was stolen. It wont help you get it back but at least you will have the satisfaction that they wont be able to use it.0 -
