What is likely to happen if that letter is ignored?
The world will end on the following Tuesday morning at 1023.
Fulham will win the World Cup and I will wake up next to a supermodel every morning for a week.

A year later i am still ignoring these letters. I heard nothing all summer and hoped it had ended but then suddenly two more in the last month. One came today - a FINAL NOTICE - COURT ACTION stating that if i don't pay £154 in 7 days it will be passed back to PCM who will then proceed with court action but i am being offered one final chance to pay blah blah.
Can anybody suggest what I should do next please?
Thanks0 -
IGNORE IT!!!
Just how many times do you need to be told that a letter from debt collector has about the same value as a letter from a Nigerian former cabinet minister?Je suis Charlie.0 -
I appreciate that but what do I do when the next is a court summons? I can't ignore that!0

The theme of these *help me I am a little lost lamb* postings is a wafer thin , transparent attempt, to illicit advice.
the hope is that *bad advice* will be given.
I sense that it is hoped that this bad advice and collective stories will be used as evidence of bad character in appeals to Judges
it is a plain as the nose on your face that this thread is such a case.0 -

Come back here if necessary, doubt it will be.0 -
I have absolutely no idea what any of that means. I've come on here to ask for advice if you cannot provide it in a nice way then please do not respond at all0

I presume you are responding to the post I have quoted above?
What's the chances that Sentient being is a PPC spy?0 -

If I were to send you a letter demanding that you give me £100 ... Would you just hand it over?
The advice has not changed. If they had wanted or been able to take you to court, they would have done it by now.The word "gullible" isn't in the dictionaryTickets: 19 [cancelled: 18, paid: 0, pending: 1]
