Managed a NSD Saturday coz I was at mums all day. And got treated to a chinese for dinner!!
Yesterday was also a NSD coz was having a lazy day!
That'll be me up to 9
Not one today as I've a few messages to do. Just gotta remember to try and keep spending to a minimum!!!Wealth is what you're left with when all your money runs out0 -
Aw thanks for the welcome guys! I think I'm going to stick to this side of the forum - you're much more friendly
I think I'll wait until June to join properly - this week I haven't got much chance - need petrol and food shop today, meeting a friend for dinner tomorrow (on a voucher!), haircut Wednesday and out on Friday night - spendy weekI will aim for a NSD on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday though
and I wonder why I have no money!
I know you said about picking what counts as spends and I've decided my direct debits etc won't count and neither will my main food shop or petrol but I wondered what people do about tobacco? I'm one of those terrible smoker typesand so I was hoping to not count it but wondered if that's just cheating?
Hope you all have a good day! I managed to oversleep on a massive scale today and I'm all out of sorts now. Still, I brought breakfast and lunch with me so there'll be no spending until my sainsbury's trip tonight!0 -

hanb - welcome aboard!
Sazzie - thank you for your lovely comments - I'm working hard to get there!
I did well today as I took all my food and snacks to my training day today AND took the train fare out in advance to count this as NSD 19 AND exactly the same for tomorrow to get another NSD in.
Planning certainly works well for meand planning to the nth degree too

Sorry to heat about the carpy weekend SpyderBryte, hope there's some positive news about your uncle. Grrrr to OH leaving the window open (more grrr for security, water will dry) but I guess the news last night kinda puts it into perspective.
to OH for bringing you the Haribo home though - bless him!
Well unlucky for some but it's a NSD #13 here (unlucky for that NSD as it gets added to the stock pot :rotfl:) sorted finances from the weekend into the correct pots this morning, and realised that I am most deff poor until pay day. However there's really not a lot I think I'll 'need' this week so should survive. Good job I'd been good with the grocery budget this month, that takeaway and drinks on Sat actually took us over budget  Just goes to show how easily some people spend shed loads on takeaways every week and then wonder where the money has gone.
Hope you all managed to get through Monday unscathedFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Wow I have returned from whatever money saving holiday I was on...:rotfl:
Since I dropped of the site a few weeks ago have managed to secure NSD #6,7 and 8. Unfortunately I've also had quite a number of very spendy days  which I need to reign back in!
Oh well, lets start again!
Getting myself back on track! Pay off debt and save deposit time!0 -
Evening everyone.
Well def not a NSD today, popped to town for some bits and bobs, but also needed an outfit for my post pregnancy body for a funeral on Fri.
Actually it's an outfit to nurse in as I've just realised everything I own means i'll end up flashing someone. :rotfl:
I didn't try anything on so may end up taking some bits back. But I did get about 8 items for £55 and to justify even more I haven't bought any clothes other than maternity ones for at least 9 months.
Hoping for a NSD tomorrow..
