Hmmm... sorry Freeby but I'm not doing very well this weekend with three spendy days in a row (including today) :o:o In my defence... all the stuff I've bought I have definitely needed but have been putting off getting for a while due to the nasty taxman surprise:eek:

Quiet here today~is everyone away having a life?!!!!
    Happy Saturday all

Actually yes I was :p My cousin and her OH came down to visit - we took the girls (5 and 3 yrs) to Legoland yesterday which was eyewateringly expensive even with various discounts and vouchers, BUT the girls had a lovely time and we were blessed with good weather so the only time we got wet was on the water ride :rotfl: Topped off the day with takeaway for dinner but I've been pretty frugal with the food budget this month (aka lazy / unorganised doing the shopping) so I think there's enough left in the grocery budget to cover that.

Kids were shattered today after a late night so we had lunch / early dinner at the Harvester BUT me and OH were treated as a thank you for our hospitality. Sooooo NSD #12 here :j

Sorry to hear the weather is carp beanie, it won't help to tell you it's lovely down here today - just planted out the marigolds I got the other weekend, washing outside drying and I COULD cut the grass but frankly can't be 'arrissed. Good news you've got your car back though - at least with the weather you'll be able to test the windscreen wipers :o

Really need to be good come this pay day (which can't come soon enough) I've managed to stick within my revised budget this month but did spend when I was away with work and now need to baton down the hatches again.

    Evening all,

It is a bit quiet on here this weekend, I'll be back later with the update. Freeby or other spreadsheet fans, can you tell, if we all managed to hit targets, would we beat last month?

    C u later

    Evening all,

    Long time lurker here

I've been a bit bad with the finances the past few months and have been on lots of different topics for inspiration. You guys are definitely inspiring :D

I was wondering if you might let me come and play next month? I'm going to play along for the rest of May but seeing as we're half way through i'm a bit behind.

Little spends during my working day are my weakness - well the starbucks nextdoor is my weakness it just so happens they make me pay for my coffee too! :p so to clock up some NSD's would really do my bank balance the world of good!
