When my mother passed away and it was her funeral, i too, was worrying about my shoes, my top, etc. I worried that i had on too much make up. But at the moment when i saw her coffin. I agree 100%.
I was terrified about having kids, thinking what if I turn out like her...
I can't imagine my daughter growing up and not speaking to her or seeing her, seems beyond comprehension, so it definitely made me think. I want to be the kind of mum to my daughter that my mum should have been to me, if you know what I mean.

Families eh?!
