I bought a film 2 days ago, bluray 3d boxset of dolphin tale and the sellers feedback was fine when I purchased it-however have just checked the listing to see what they had under posted within X days section and noticed their feedback had dropped to 92% and upon reading it its page upon page of negs calling seller a scammer and items not being sent, messages being ignored etc etc-45 negs since I bought 2 days ago!!!
They are a top rated seller,

do i now have to wait it out til the expected delivery date or based on the level of negs all of a sudden can I open a dispute of any kind to get my money back asap to buy the film elsewhere???

Over 1700 items for sale from a seller who has only ever sold 300+ items. Their account has been hacked, report it immediately.0

thankyou, how do i do that???0
-
I don't think it's been hacked, they have been selling dvds for a while and lots received them. They could have just run off yes or they could have had an emergency of some kind, or they thought they'd put holiday settings on and shouldn't have sold anything for the past fortnight! You'll get your money back whatever happens so i'd give it a few days yet.0

One of those negs only purchased three days ago! Chances are they have not marked as posted and people have jumped the gun!Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

            45 people jumping the gun?
I also notice they are sending them 2nd class, so no tracking.

well no dvd at all, not marked dispatched, more and more negs every day and this morning I have found the seller has decided to make his feedback private-there are currently 114 negs. Hes been leaving feedback for others and there have been the odd positive feedbacks for items received amongst the negs so I have no idea whats going on, surely if his account was hacked they wouldnt be leaving feedback or change their settings to private?? They also have no items listed for sale now oddly.....0

That does seem likely, it would explain why it was so sudden.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
