Thomson rejection on claim

Travelled from Mytilene to Manchester with thomsons flight TOM 2421 8th Sept 2011 delayed over 24 hours. Completed claim form January 28th 2013 submitted boarding passes, passport copies plus letter from airline confirming delay due to technical fault. 70 days later Thomson say no pay because it was extraordinary circumstances ( the technical fault).What can I do next ? Is this the End? :mad:
