so if for example you got a AUDI car from them and paid everything, all the payments can you then exchange the car for another make? for example Honda?

Indeed but exchange is the slightly wrong term to use. I always try and get a slight overlap so that I'm not left without a car for a week or two BUT the Audi will be from an Audi dealer and the Honda will be from a Honda dealer, there is no link between the two. Ling is just the broker, each dealer will deliver their car, usually on a trailer, to your door. And, likewise, the car will be picked up at the end of the deal. It works well for me.

so if you've got an AUDI car at the end of the contract the AUDI people will collect it from you(if you not gonna pay this extra crazy amount to keep the car) and then you can get another car, another make or whatever and basically these are just two different deals?

Yes, there is no link between the 2 deals.
Audi will send out an inspector to examine the condition of the car a couple of weeeks before your return date in case anything needs fixing prior to collection.

In terms of Audi/Honda etc ... I never chase the badge I take the best current deal. Deals change constantly. My Audi went up £100/month within a month of me taking collection but I paid my agreed monthly payment for the entire duration of my lease. If I had been a month later and seen the inflated price, I would have picked another brand, not the Audi.

I'm also a very happy Ling customer. I'm halfway through a lease on a little Citroen and was very pleased with how professional the whole thing was.
The whole "Mad as a box of Frogs" thing is a good PR gimmick that makes her stand out but her team are REALLY efficient and polite.
Highly recommended by me. And made a boring transaction a lot of fun! I still smile whenever I see the complimentary First Aid Kit she sent me or the Genuine Chinese Polo mints..... :rotfl:

It's not for you mate. It's a binding contract. Something youngsters are not familiar with these days.

Forget all about this thread. :)

    Fair play.
Check the contract before you commit. Some companies allow early exit in times of hardship (for a fee) but not all.
And check if there is an admin fee at the outset, some brands insist on it. In my experience, Audi and Honda don't.
