I bet the parents of this child would have occured than have the payout.
I'd be content that the child has fully recovered.
I'm not so sure about re-introdcing traumatic memories.

My son has probably forgotten a lot about the accident so I plannned to 'revisit' incident a couple of times to refresh his memory.

OP...I would be careful of what you wish for.

your child has recovered greatly by the sounds of it, but to get more money( I assume) You want to bring up all the momories that he probably has worked hard to put behind him.

It depends really, do you think taking photos to show the judge of your now strapping 17yo when he had his tooth knocked out in a PE lesson is going to cause him further deep psychological damage?

I thought you were joking about the injury until I saw the other thread!

One wonders what the OP is claiming for, when the reparative treatment was done on the NHS ...

Not sure it's appropriate to coach your son, what does the solicitor say? If he has forgotten why would you not be thankful and move on? Were you even present if the accident took place at school?

Why? Because you don't want people to think badly of you? Too late I'm afraid...

From the OPs other thread, they said that the claim was about £20k, so I would think surely it's more than simply a broken tooth? Don't be quick to judge.
