Vodafone sent phone back from repair useless

Two months ago I sent in my blackberry to be repaired by Vodafone.When I received my phone back it was like a completely different phone. My screen hasn't been fitted properly, my casing surrounding my phone had been snapped and most of my buttons won't press down, but worst of all I sent my phone in fully functioning(except for the trackpad) and it had come back not able not turn on. Of course I had to take action so I complained to Vodafone asking if they could do anything to help, and after a long time asking they finally said they would take it back and fix it, this I was quite pleased with. To my astonishment when I went to collect my phone it was in the exact same state, so yet again I consulted vodafone. Vodaphone said that they would compensate me with two months of my contract free, but yet agin vodafone have failed in not giving me my two months contract free fee and i have waited over two months to pay for something that i no longer want. I would most definitely not recommend vodafone to anyone and I will definitely be cancelling my contract as soon as it ends, and informing my family who are all on Vodafone to cancel their contracts when they end. I hope vodafone are pleased with what they have done.
