Did you use their official complaints procedure?

How far did you take it? If I thought I had a strong case I would not have taken no for an answer!

Have you ever used Twitter to get problems resolved?

my complaints procedure was I phoned voda back up and I was basically told I didnt have a leg to stand on, and I was due an upgrade anyway but thats not really the point, whatever happened to just being fair and reasonable?

your team have been trained very well at being very convincing. Your obviously a lot more clued up than me about legal proceedings, I was led to believe there was nothing I could do about it.

Dont do twitter or facebook etc but I might just have to start.

Hopefully with these public forums we will get more power to the common people, big firms with huge legal teams have had it their way for far to long and basically its just not fair, the peasants are revolting.....

    Hi bow74,

It's disappointing to read about your experience but thanks for making me aware of it.

To enable me to get matters looked into further could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.

To ensure that it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

Here is the email I wrote to you yesterday in case you don't receive it. ( minus a spelling mistake)

    Lee,

Just to let you know that the phone arrived back today, and surprise surprise it came back in exactly the same state as it was sent. That's another week wasted with no phone
I had a letter to say that the fault could not be repaired as it was damage outside the warranty blah blah blah. I don't know how many times I have stated that I now know the phone has a fault with it as I have said umpteen times the fault originally was intermittent , unforfunatly Vodafone has seen to it that it is now terminal. The bug bear I have is that the phone was sent to you in a good condition and has been sent back, broken damaged unusable and with somebodys lovely hairs between the screen and glass. It's still there so being an ex repair Technician this can only point to the fact that the phone wasn't even looked at this time as surely if it had been taken apart then something like this would have either ( I hope ) been removed or at least fallen out .
I have attached a photo for you , so you can see the damage that Vodafone have done whilst taking the phone apart, and then sending it back, unable to switch on and with the broken cover.
Roll on August when the contract ends, that's 2 more that wont be renewed, plus all the contracts we use for our business as well as family and friends who all think the same thing that the way we have been treated stinks.

I look forward to hearing from you

The real question here is why you have a BlackBerry? I have had 3 (they all broke) then moved to a S3 and now a iPhone 5 as the S3 broke (Hardware Fault) , why do people still use Blackberrys when they just break all the time, many people I know have got rid of them, due to the problems they faced, my Torch broke twice (Both times Hardware faults) now that its been fixed it has been sat in its box for 8 months as nobody wants it.

I've had Blackberrys for years until I changed to the S3 last year. Had no problem with them!!

Blackberrys are badly built, nearly everybody but one or two people have had there one break on them in some form, my S3 worked for 7 months and is currently being fixed by Samsung, maybe it was only me and the people I knew who had phones that randomly decided to break.

From Vodafone,or the rep on here, promised to get back to me about my phone a few days ago, never heard back from him, they seem to have washed their hands of me,I so wish I could do the same to them, but they have me trapped in a contract.....

Your problems sound worse than mine,so keep at them, don't give up.
