Can I have a stick for the black dog that is creeping over the threshold please? It's been so hard keeping her at bay the past couple of days. Probably doesn't help that I've been rather active the last few days and didn't rest up. Rather like LW I do what I can when I can and then I get down because I can't do it...

I have been rather naughty and only just got dressed.. :(:( Anyway am up and about, have the list for today so will tackle that in a man.

I have a four year old's party to go to tomorrow afternoon, but nothing else the rest of the week so can take it slowly then.

    Hugs to everyone..xxxx

(((Hugs))) to CY and your DD1, and I'm sending a load of sticks up the East Coast Main Line to entice the BD out of your house.

Still enough sticks for Natty's BD too. Take it easy, Natty - hope the party tomorrow gives you a bit of a lift, but rest up before and afterwards.

  • Hello everyone

Big welcome to all the new people :T

Big sorry to all those with BDs - chucking virtual bones so they run off and leave you all alone xx

I've done better than I thought I would today:

Monday - Bit of everything to kick start the week
    Level 1

Hoover and mop the worst bits
    Level 2 DONE
    Level 3
Give sinks and toilets a scrub
    Empty all your bins
    Extras - outside this week
Get some hot soapy water and wash your front and/or back door and the frame]

DD was rude to me when I asked if she'd like the rest of the casserole I made yesterday for supper tonight  I would have cooked something else if she had asked nicely but now I'm not even going to heat up the casserole - she's been told in no uncertain terms to heat/cook for herself this evening. Little madam

It must be time to unload and reload the DW *yawn*

BD can be due to low levels of vit D I think and right now we will all be at our lowest due to the long winter. I want you all to do each day's outside jobs this week even if you don't do anything else. If you cannot do that then get outside for at least 15 minutes in the middle (brightest part of the day) for a cuppa etc. Let's see if we can all do this together.

Time to clear up from dinner and get DS3 to do his homework.

Remind me NEVER EVER to give up on a Sunday night and go to bed leaving pots ready to be washed again. That and my mis-setting of the alarm menat a late start for me this morning.
    On the positive side
new Tesco express (ex pub) has opened on way to work - this means I now pass somewhere I can easily park which WILL come in useful when I have to do the milk run. There's no way I can buy it on a Sunday and store it overnight in the fridge.
My mortage statement has come - I have DEFINITELY passed a £10K barrier - not the 10k but one of them IYSWIM

got to take DS to football. Shall visit the NEW ALDI in the twon where ju jitsu is...

It is bloody freezing out there... no chance.. plus to maintain Vit D levels you'd need to be out there about 45 minutes!! It takes me all my time to hang out a load of washing and do the school run!
