  • Good afternoon everyone. No flying done here as yet, as just back from a nice morning in town at toddler group with dd and then out for lunch with a friend and also a bit of food top up shopping.

DD is now having a nap and I have half an hour before I need to collect ds from school therefore I am going to make a start by putting the wm on and writing up a couple of recipes that I have used earlier this month.

Once I come back from the school I will get stuck right in with the flying and see what I can get done. Hope everyone is having a good day, hugs to those that need them x

    Afternoon all

All jobs in town done. Just having a last lunch which is good as I can then have a later dinner after school meeting. Most of shopping put away.

Need to see if I can get some of WM1 in to put WM3 out or else put up my other line.

Just bought some lovely sour dough bread in Mr S (inspired by a coupon) is it easy to make?

All recipes now written up and ds collected from school, so now it is time to get some flying done, as not really done much so far today. I am going on a 2 hour flying mission (3.30 - 5.30) and during this time I aim to:

Do washing and hang on the airer DONE
Check the airer and move to ironing pile DONE
Ice the cakes that I made yesterdayDONE
    Tidy up the living roomDONE
Do some of the ironing pileDONE
    Declutter purse and handbag
Clear and wipe the work surfaces in the kitchen
    Tidy the kitchenDONE
Wipe the hob and front of oven
    Shine the sink
Make the dinner - cold meat salad and chipsDONE
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor
Sweep and mop the bathroom floor
Make the beds, as I didn't get a chance to do this earlierDONE
Dust behind something that does not usually get moved
Get ds to do his homework and supervise whilst doing the other jobsDONE

I think that is probably enough to keep me busy for the next 2 hours, I will return later to update what I have done x

Haven't caught up on thread but was asked in school today if I could cover every day for a few weeks...............oh yes!!!!!! :) Really pleased about that :)

Came home, changed, put clothes in wash and made dumplings for the stew..........they didn't seem to be cooking in the slow cooker so I have put it in the oven..........DD is changed and helped with the dishes. I have to take her back to school for 6 for cinema-club (they pay a pound and watch a DVD with some snacks they have brought with them), and pick her up at 7:45/8:00.

I'm going to wait until the washing is washed and dried before starting on the ironing.

5:30..........Was going to do a HHC but food was ready so just scoffed that and unloaded and reloaded WM + TD.

6:05...........DD at school, HHI starting now......................

Back from school meeting, dinner next for me and then a quick HH in the kitchen, no flying yet today, only laundry.

  • Hello lovelies!

I've just come in today after a full day out! So, I'm going to put a frozen pasta dish I made last week into the oven and whilst that cooks I'm going to go on a 45 minute flying session before settling in for the evening!

    So I hope to achieve:

    The Dishes
    Clear and wipe the worksurfaces
    Shine your sink
Wipe the hob and front of the oven
Sort your recipes/cookbooks and look for inspiration - started this yesterday but may scour the internet for 2 recipes for next week - not as part of the flinging!!
Put the dry clothes on the airer away

I've got a few bits to catch up on from yesterday but that will have to wait till later!

I done my two hours flying earlier but I did not quite achieve everything that I had aimed to, not to worry tomorrow is another day. My plans for tonight are:

    Do a clients appointment DONE
Complete surveys and other daily workDONE
    Order the spice rackDONE
Order the new clothes that I need for workWork in Progress, I have added some items to the basket but will double check required size when I am more awake tomorrow
Do as much washing as possible in the home that I can get it out in the morning Got the 3rd load in now, only another 4 loads to do
    Declutter purse and handbagDONE
    Do some course work
Sort clothes, bags, lunches and list for tomorrowDONE
    Water plantsDONE
Make a note of jobs that I had hoped to do last week but never got done and see if I can fit them in this week

I think that is more than enough for this evening, I will be back later to update on what I have managed to get done. Hope everyone has a good evening x

I have thrown things out in my quest for a tidy kitchen.. a wally trolley a few more jars/tins that had 2010 dates on.. I've had them at least 3-4 years unused, they aren't going to be used now are they?

I have refilled the larder unit and put all the packets neatly in a box.. it is meant for a drawer but fits the packets in perfectly.

I need to go do food for DD4 and get 2 small.. parpy! .. naughties to bed!!

Tiddles has been in her pjs and sent to bed since 5:30.. the little mare threw a wooden brick at Moomin who moved so it hit Dot full on in the face and cut her head!!! She was made to put the brick in the bin and was not allowed to go to church club and has been allowed down to eat and is back in bed.. little gitbag! She has been a witch since she got back from KHs on Sunday!
